I think the name explains it all.
I originally was going to try the 100 day burpee challenge where I Start with 1 on Day 1, and by the end of it I'm doing 100 burpees....
WELL.....
I think that's a little slow for my taste. Taking 100 WHOLE DAYS to complete 100 in one sitting? I can do it much quicker than that!
