Chickpea Chili

I'm certainly a BIG fan of chickpeas, and Crockpot Recipes!  This tasty meal is brought to you by Cooking Light magazine, along with my substitutions. Check it out!




Pumpkin and Red Lentil Soup!!!



Turbofire Chili is where it's AT!



This tasty recipe is so quick and easy, it's ridiculous! Combine all the ingredients, throw them in the crockpot, and let that thing do the cooking!  It's so healthy and delicious, you won't feel guilty about going back for a second bowl! 

Veggie Stuffed Spaghetti Squash!!!

This recipe is soo very delicious, even my husband loved it.  It's got some kick to it, so I don't recommend adding the chili powder if you prefer less spice.  It takes 45 minutes for the squash to bake, so know that there's some prep work to be done. Easy, Delicious, and enough left over for lunch the next day! Perfect
