I was talking with my friend today about how it's so silly that it takes a NEW YEAR to make a change. Every year I hear about all these New Years Resolutions, but does it really take a NEW YEAR to set a goal? I certainly don't think so, but people sometimes need something to give them that extra push so...

I've been working HARD to eat clean, but sometimes I backslide. I don't always eat as many small meals as I SHOULD, and I end up not eating enough OR impulse eating!
