Combat Day 5

Had  a rest day yesterday.  I couldn't help myself, I woke up in excruciating pain from head to toe.  This program is INTENSE.  I did some stretches and called it a day.

I'm glad I did so, b/c I woke up this morning and did my Combat 60 (60 is for 60 MINUTES?!)  Talk about intense, I thought the thing wouldn't end.  I'm glad I did it, though, because it made me feel really good, and now, I feel great.  I'm the least sore I've been all week!  I think that day off is just what I needed.

Listen to your body.  If it's too sore, sometimes taking a day off in the middle of the workout week is what you need to do.  Don't take too many days that you fall out of the program, but take a day here and there if your body needs it.  You'll be thankful later that you did, because you'll be able to give the program your all when the time comes.

As always, drink plenty of water.  Your body needs it.
