Speaking of listening to your body

I hate to say it, but I had to miss my workout again today... I spent most of the night curled up in a ball bc of cramps and when it came time to workout, I just didn't have the energy, plus the cramps were so bad it just wasnt happening. Oh we'll, ill just have to work double hard the next week to make up for missing today. I know that working out helps my cramps, but sometimes it's just impossible to do it when you're in pain and exhausted due to lack of sleep due to pain. It sure is hard being a female.
