Challenges

Today I challenged my Beach Body Challengers to do a plank with me, and hold it as long as they could.  1 minute was all my body could take. ONE MINUTE?! THAT'S IT?!  So tough!

It's ok, though, b/c that's a HECK of a lot longer than I could hold just 2 weeks ago.  I'm so excited to be getting stronger!!!  Keeping it up!  Are you keeping it up?!

  1. in the warmup at pure barre we do a 90 second plank (which i just became able to actually hold the whole time) and after about 45 seconds, we have to start thrusting our hips forward (they call this a "tuck") kind of like tightening your abs, like you're getting punched in the stomach. it's pretty intense!!
