My legs hurt. I roll around in bed for a good 2 hours this morning thinking "There's no way I can do 45 mins of Combat today. There's no WAY!" I cuddled my pups, thought about it for a long time, and then got out of bed and did my COMBAT 45 Disc. That was hard! But not as hard as Power HIIT 1. Pretty sure Power HIIT1 was harder, but I'm also pretty sure I'd rather have done POWER HIIT 1 instead of FOURTY-FIVE MINUTES of COMBAT. It's like it lasted FOREVER!
NOT looking forward to doing SIXTY MINUTES tomorrow.... BUT, I'm going to do it, and I'll tell you why. I want that toned body that I DESERVE. I've got to treat my body right, and, as crazy as it sounds, doing this hard program is just that!
My legs are numb, but I've challenged my challengers to doing a wall squat today, and telling me their time. If they're doing it, I'm doing it! Ab challenge: DONE! Wall Squat: LATER!
I can't wait to see what my body will look like on Day 60!
OH, also, I'm sooo thankful I have my Comfortpedic bed. It's AMAZING. Will never go back to a regular bed again. I totally recommend it if anyone is shopping for a new mattress set. Probably the best thing I ever did for my body. You really will tell the difference when you try to go back to a regular bed. Makes my body ACHE!
