In order to reach your goals, you have to visualize what you want, and be positive! Tell yourself you're gonna make it. Don't focus on the negative. Every negative thought is a step backward. You won't succeed if you don't try.
You never know what you can do until you try. I absolutely didn't think I could do 280 kicks in a row nonstop but I did it today! And you saw my picture yesterday. So here I go. Time to make a change and I will be FIT!
