Oh my gosh oh my gosh. I know I did this last week, but I feel like it was even harder this week! I just finished les mills combat power hiit 1. My legs Are dying. My abs are dying. My arms are dying. Am I gonna die? Is this real life?
That was soo hard. I'm so thankful I did it though, but crap. Will I be able to move tomorrow? I know I'm committed to Doing this march ab workout with my challenge group, but crap. After the workout I just had, do I really need to do my march ab workout as well? Don't answer that.
Ok, I'll do it, but I'm not excite about it. Why am I doing this to myself again? Oh yeah, I want to look good. I am doing this for ME! All the way baby!
