This week, I'm going to do a 5 day detox in conjunction with my t25, and hopefully start seeing some RESULTS! Gotta gotta GOTTA start seeing results.
All 5 days I plan to eat the same meals, just mix n match. No Meat, No Cheese, No Bread, No Coffee... NO BAD STUFF AT ALL!
Let me break it down for you.
- Morning starts with glass of hot water with lemon.
- 4 green teas each day: Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack
- 12 8oz glasses of H2O each Day. (That's 3 Liters)
Breakfast: Morning Oats - 1/4 c oats, 12 almonds, 1 c mix berries, 1 T chia seeds, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 c water
Breakfast: 1 egg scramble - 1 egg, 1 c spinach, 12 almonds, 1/4 c quinoa or lentils, small handful chopped basil and cilantro, 1/2 t black pepper
Lunch: Colorful Salad: 1 c spinach, 1 c mixed vegetables, 1 T chia seeds, 1/4 c Lentils, Black Beans, or Quinoa, 1/4 avocado, small handful cilantro
Dinner: Stir Fry: 1 c mixed vegetables, 1/2 c broccoli, 1/4 c lentils, black beans, or quinoa, 1/4 avocado or 12 chopped almonds, 1/5th pack of tofu, small handful basil, cilantro, a few chopped mushrooms
Snack: Berries w/ almonds: 24 almonds, 1 c mixed berries, cinnamon sprinkled
Snack: Cucumber & carrot or Tomato with hummus: 1/2 c chopped cucumber, 1/2 c chopped carrots or tomato, 1 serving of homemade hummus.
So basically I'm going to mix n match breakfast with snacks, and lunch and dinner will be the same each day. If I eat oats, I'll have hummus as a snack, and if I eat egg scramble, I'll have berries and nuts as a snack. Fair enough!
I can do this. I can do this. I CAN DO THIS!

2 bunches of asparagus
1 large pack tomatoes
1 head of garlic
PROTEIN
Large bag of almonds
1 pack firm tofu
Black Beans
Quinoa
Pretty Much everything else I need for this week I've got at home. :) Here we go!
