- I have more energy.
- I'm no longer bloated.
- I'm never hungry.
- I'm consuming more calories than I normally do.
- I love everything I eat.
- I feel great!
I'm so excited the weight is finally shedding off again. It just goes to show, weight loss isn't completely about working out, the same way it's not completely about 'dieting'. The way to lose the weight, and be healthy is to combine your healthy eating with fitness. I'm so excited about the upcoming weeks. Ready to finish T25 and see how I turn out!!
Also, I bought Tosca Reno's The Eat Clean Diet Recharged book this week. So far, so good. Lots of information about what I should and shouldn't eat. So excited!!!
