Recommitted and feeling GREAT!
This past weekend, I was feeling pretty blah about this whole thing. I
kept injuring myself on film sets and at work, and was super exhausted
from two jobs and working on several films, and was just in a rut for a
couple of days. I guess you could say I was just BURNT OUT! I did not want to workout, and I was absolutely NOT excited or by any means ready to start Week 5 with Sean T. Sean T, take a HIKE! ha.
I did
realize that my food intake was getting to be a little questionable, as
I started getting in a hurry and letting my husband take over in the
kitchen a bit. Too much pizza. Too much Shrimp. Too much Fish in general. Now, you might say "HEY FISH IS GOOD FOR YOU!" You are right my friend, depending on how it's cooked and as long as it's in moderation. Moderation, I'm good with, but that stuff was just making me bloated and a bit gassy. YUCK.
I'm proud to say that on Monday I made a decision to get
back to eating clean. I made my planner, went to the grocery store, and
did all my food prep. The past two days, and today, I've had much more
energy than I did last week, and I'm feeling a lot better. And I feel
much more satisfied when I eat clean!
Don't you hate that feeling when
you eat junk, and you just feel like JUNK?! I know I sure do! What
you eat really does make a HUGE difference overall. It affects your
energy, your skin, and your outlook on life. Abs are made in the
kitchen baby!!! Check out my Meal Plan for the week. I talked my friend into doing it with me. It really didn't take much convincing. I said "Hey I'm cleansing this week." and she was like "I'm in! It helps to have an accountability partner!
EMPTY OUT THAT KITCHEN OF DISGUSTING FOOD!!! We've got a
challenge to finish!
