I came across this and I just HAD to SHARE!  We all have days where we want to just sit and watch television.  I don't feel like working out, and there are shows I really would like to just enjoy instead of hitting up the gym!  You don't have to visit the gym to get in a workout.  Why not sneak some fitness time in during commercial breaks?
