The bright yellow spice, Turmeric, can be used to treat a wide variety of conditions, including flatulence, jaundice, menstrual difficulties, bloody urine, hemorrhage, toothache, bruises, chest pain, and colic.
While it is traditionally used in curries, turmeric can be an easy addition to many of your favorite recipes. Here are a few options:
